A standard 1,000–1,500 sq.ft home typically takes 8–12 months from plan approval to handover. Larger homes and villas take 12–18 months. We provide a detailed project schedule at the start and hold ourselves to it with milestone tracking.
What does end-to-end approvals mean exactly?+
It means you don't visit a single government office. We handle building plan submission, approvals from Corporation / Panchayat / CMDA / DTCP (whichever applies), water and sewerage connection, EB meter application, and completion certificate — everything. You sign documents when required, that's it.
How is payment structured?+
Payment is stage-wise, tied to construction milestones — foundation, slab, brickwork, finishing, and handover. You only pay for what's been completed and verified. We provide a detailed BOQ and payment schedule before signing. No lump sum payments upfront.
Can I make changes during construction?+
Minor changes can be accommodated before each stage begins. Major structural changes after foundation may affect the timeline and cost — we'll always be transparent about impact before proceeding. Our project manager is your single point of contact for all change requests.
Do you build in areas outside Chennai & Coimbatore?+
Our primary operations are in Chennai and Coimbatore. We also take select projects in surrounding districts — Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur (near Chennai) and Tiruppur, Erode (near Coimbatore). Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability.
