Building Homes with Integrity Since 2012

Part of the Kanish Group

Kanish Homes is the residential construction arm of the Kanish Group, operating since 2012. We specialize in custom home construction across Coimbatore and Chennai, serving clients who want quality, transparency, and accountability.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified — every project follows documented quality processes from soil testing to final handover. Our in-house team handles design, approvals, structure, finishing, and interiors.

We believe homeowners deserve complete transparency. Every project starts with a detailed BOQ — a full bill of quantities with material grades and costs — before a single rupee is committed.
